What & Why

Before you choose Aviation, meet the people who’ve walked the path.

For a career this important, knowing where to start is just as important as knowing where you want to go.

That’s where ASPIRE 2026 comes in. It brings the people who actually know the industry into the same room as the people trying to enter it.

You get to hear from them, ask them questions, and understand what a career in aviation really looks like — the opportunities, the skills, the costs, the challenges, and the road ahead.

That’s the idea behind Dreamvator — making the aviation journey clearer and more accessible.

Backed by the Civil Aviation Department, Government of Gujarat, and delivered with GUJSAIL, ASPIRE 2026 brings the industry closer to the students building their future in it.

One day. One room. A clearer view of what comes next.

What ASPIRE stands for

Aviation Skill Progress &Industry Readinessin Education

  1. Aviation

Not just flying. An industry creating thousands of opportunities — on the ground, in the sky, and beyond.

  2. Skills

Dreams get you started. Skills get you hired. Learn what the industry actually looks for.

  3. Progress

India’s aviation story is already taking off. More airports. More aircraft. More opportunities. The future is being built today, and you’ll be the ones leading it.

  4. Industry

Meet the people behind aviation. Not just pilots — engineers, cabin crew, aerospace experts and more. The people who actually do the job are in the room, answering you.

  5. Readiness

The gap between what you’re studying and what an employer will hire. Because the goal isn’t just to graduate. It’s to be ready when opportunity arrives.

  6. Education

The biggest barrier isn’t ambition. It’s information. Because every journey begins with knowing what’s possible.

She flies the Boeing 787 Dreamliner with Etihad Airways, having previously flown the same type with Air India. She was among the crew who flew Operation Ganga, the evacuation of Indian students from Ukraine — a reminder that a flight deck is sometimes the last way home. Away from the aircraft she is one of India’s most followed aviation voices, with a community of over 880,000. She has spoken at TED and Josh Talks, and been profiled in Vogue India.

The Journey

Where this started, and where it goes.

  1. Where we took off

    Online Webinars

It began with students asking questions. We started by answering them online.

  2. Where we landed

ASPIRE 2026 · AhmedabadYou are here

11 September 2026 — the first time we bring the conversation into one room.

  3. Where we’re headed

    Across India

Ahmedabad is just the beginning. The next stop might be your city.

Letter from Dreamvator

Aviation is growing. The opportunity is here. Now we need to make sure students can see it.

India is entering a defining decade for aviation. Aircraft are being ordered, airports are expanding, and thousands of new opportunities are taking shape.

But opportunity means little if students don’t know where they fit in — or how to get there.

That’s why we built ASPIRE 2026.

We’re starting in Ahmedabad, bringing students and the industry into the same room — making it easier to ask the right questions and understand what comes next.

Because “How do I get there?” shouldn’t depend on who you know, where you live, or how much access you have.

Ahmedabad is only the beginning. From here, ASPIRE travels across India, city by city.

ASPIRE won’t be just an event. It will be a movement the industry looks forward to.
